80.10 Positive Review Best Practice

For positive reviews, verify that the response acknowledges the customer's experience, reflects the Business appropriately, and does not add claims the customer did not make.

80.11 Low-Score Feedback Best Practice

For lower ratings, use the generated Recovery Reply as a starting point for an appropriate customer-service response. Avoid copying a response without checking that it accurately addresses the customer's actual issue.

80.12 Customer Name

Use the customer's real Name when it is known and appropriate. The Auto Name feature is an input convenience and should not be mistaken for actual customer identity.

80.13 Credit Awareness

Generation may consume account Credits. Review the Credit Preview before generating repeated variations.

80.14 Fallback Replies

A Fallback Reply remains usable as a draft, but its wording should be reviewed just as carefully as an AI-generated response before customer use.
