70.1 Lead Follow-Up

Lead Forms are designed to capture initial customer intent. Follow-up takes place using the Business's appropriate communication process after the Lead has been reviewed.

70.2 Generate Follow-Up

Select Generate follow-up from the Lead Forms header to open the user-facing Content Writer.

The supplied objective focuses on following up with new Leads and inviting the next step.

70.3 Follow-Up Context

The default Content Writer context can include:

  • Free Consultation as an example Offer.
  • New Leads as the target customer group.
  • A goal to create a helpful follow-up message after a Lead Form submission.

70.4 Generate Sales Message

Select Generate sales message to create a short sales follow-up for a qualified local Lead.

70.5 Sales Message Channels

The generated message can be developed for concise use across channels such as:

  • WhatsApp.
  • SMS.
  • Email.

70.6 Campaign-Specific Generate Content

Each Lead Form also provides Generate content.

This action supplies the specific Business, Lead Form Name, Headline, Campaign, and source context to Content Writer.

70.7 Lead Rate

Lead Rate compares captured Leads with Visits.

Use it to determine whether traffic to a Lead Form is becoming actual contact submissions.

70.8 Low Traffic Versus Low Conversion

A Form with very few Visits has a distribution problem different from a Form receiving many Visits but very few Leads.

Evaluate both traffic and conversion before changing the campaign.

70.9 Before Sharing a Lead Form

  1. Confirm the correct Business.
  2. Confirm the Form Name.
  3. Confirm the Public Headline.
  4. Review the public-page design.
  5. Open the Form.
  6. Verify Name, Phone, Email, and Message fields appear.
  7. Submit a controlled test Lead.
  8. Confirm the Lead appears in the Lead Inbox.
  9. Confirm the QR Code opens the intended page.

70.10 Review Leads Regularly

Lead Forms are most useful when captured requests receive timely attention. Review Recent Leads regularly rather than relying only on total Lead counts.

70.11 Pause Rather Than Delete

Pause a Lead Form when it should temporarily stop operating but its campaign history should remain available.

70.12 Delete Carefully

Deleting a Lead Form removes the connected Lead Page, QR Asset, Scans, and Submissions. Use Delete only when permanent campaign removal is intended.

70.13 Use the Right Lead View

The dedicated Lead Forms Inbox contains direct Lead Form submissions. The broader Business Leads and Reports areas can combine Lead activity from additional Local Growth sources such as Bookings, Coupons, and Feedback.
