69.1 Customer Lead Form

Visitors reach a Lead Form through its public page, shared link, or QR Code.

69.2 Business and Headline

The public page displays the Business Name and the Lead Form's configured Public Headline.

69.3 Your Name

Your name is required.

69.4 Phone

Phone is optional.

69.5 Email

Email is optional but must be a valid Email address when provided.

69.6 What Do You Need?

The Message field allows the visitor to explain the requested service, quote, callback, consultation, or other need.

This Message is optional.

69.7 Send Request

The visitor selects Send request to submit the Lead Form.

69.8 Lead Record

A successful submission creates a Lead Submission linked to the Lead Form and its Business.

69.9 Customer Record Connection

The submitted information is also processed through the connected Business customer workflow.

69.10 Confirmation

After successful submission, the customer sees:

69.11 Lead Inbox

Open the Leads tab to review captured Lead Form submissions.

69.12 Recent Leads

Each Recent Lead card displays:

  • Name.
  • Source Lead Form.
  • Relative submission time.
  • Phone or No Phone.
  • Email or No Email.

69.13 Lead Inbox Actions

The deployed Lead Inbox is a review surface and does not expose direct Lead-status editing or deletion actions.

69.14 Pagination

Choose 10, 25, or 50 Leads per page and use Previous and Next to navigate captured Lead history.

69.15 Search and Business Filtering

The Workspace Search and Business filter scope the available Lead Forms and corresponding Lead submissions to the selected campaign set.
