67.1 Creating a Lead Form

Open Lead Forms and select Create lead form.

The creation dialog describes the Lead Form as a simple public page that captures Name, Phone, Email, and Message.

67.2 Business

Select the Business associated with the Lead Form.

The Business connects captured contacts and reporting to the correct local Business.

67.3 Form Name

Enter the Form name.

The interface provides examples such as:

  • Callback Request.
  • Quote Form.
  • Waitlist.

67.4 Public Headline

Enter the Public headline customers will see.

The default is:

67.5 Captured Fields

The deployed Lead Form has four captured fields:

  • Name.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Message.

67.6 Name Requirement

Name is required when a visitor submits a Lead Form.

67.7 Phone

Phone is available but optional.

67.8 Email

Email is available but optional.

67.9 Message

Message is available but optional and is intended for the visitor to explain what assistance is needed.

67.10 Public Page Design

The Lead Form creation dialog includes the shared Growth Tool page-design controls.

These controls can create the customer-facing Landing Page and QR entry point.

67.11 New Form Publishing

New Lead Forms are created in a published state and can later be Paused from the Lead Form Workspace.

67.12 Create Lead Form

Review the Business, Form Name, Public Headline, and page design, then select Create lead form.
