63.1 Feedback Form Workspace

The Feedback Workspace provides Search, Business filtering, pagination, public-link actions, QR actions, design access, publishing controls, content generation, and deletion.

63.2 Search Form or Business

Use Search form or business... to find a Feedback Form by:

  • Form Name.
  • Business Name.

63.3 Business Filter

Use the Business selector to display:

  • All Businesses.
  • One specific Business.

63.4 Forms Directory

The Feedback Forms table displays:

  • Form.
  • Business.
  • Visits.
  • Rules.
  • Status.
  • Actions.

63.5 Rules

The Rules column displays whether:

  • Rating is Required or Optional.
  • Contact is Required or Optional.

63.6 Status

A Feedback Form appears as:

  • Live.
  • Paused.

63.7 Open

Select Open to review the customer-facing Feedback Form.

63.8 Edit Design

If the Feedback Form has a connected Landing Page, select Edit design to customize the public-page appearance.

The deployed Feedback Forms workspace does not provide a general Form-fields edit action after creation.

63.9 QR Code Actions

The QR menu provides:

  • Copy QR Link.
  • Download PNG.
  • Download SVG.
  • View Analytics.

63.10 Generate Content

Select Generate content to open Content Writer with the specific Feedback Form, Business, Headline, and campaign context.

63.11 Pause

Select Pause when a Live Feedback Form should temporarily stop operating as a published campaign.

63.12 Publish

Select Publish to return a Paused Feedback Form to Live status.

63.13 Delete Feedback Form

Select Delete only when the campaign should be permanently removed.

The confirmation warns that deletion removes the Feedback Form, QR Asset, Scans, and connected Responses.

63.14 Pagination

Choose 10, 25, or 50 Forms per page and use Previous and Next to navigate the directory.
