58.1 Claims Tab

Open the Claims tab in the Coupon Workspace to review customer Coupon Codes and redemption status.

The section is labeled Recent claims.

58.2 Claims Table

The Recent Claims table contains:

  • Customer.
  • Business.
  • Code.
  • Campaign.
  • Claimed At.
  • Status.
  • Actions.

58.3 Customer

The Customer column displays the customer Name.

It also displays the customer's Phone number or Email when available.

If neither is available, the interface can display No contact.

58.4 Business

The Business column identifies the Business connected to the Coupon Campaign.

58.5 Code

The Code column displays the unique Coupon Code generated for the customer.

58.6 Campaign

The Campaign column identifies the Coupon Campaign that generated the Code.

58.7 Claimed At

The Claimed At column shows when the Coupon was claimed.

58.8 Claim Status

Coupon Claim Status can include:

  • Claimed.
  • Used.
  • Cancelled.

58.9 Claimed

Claimed means the customer received a Code but the Coupon has not been marked as redeemed.

58.10 Used

Used means the claim has been marked as redeemed.

58.11 Cancelled

Cancelled means the claim has been removed from the normal active redemption flow.

58.12 Copy Code

Select Copy to copy the customer's Coupon Code to the clipboard.

This can help staff compare the Code presented by the customer with the Code stored in the Coupon Workspace.

58.13 Page Size

The Claims area supports:

  • 10 per page.
  • 25 per page.
  • 50 per page.

58.14 Pagination

Use Previous and Next to navigate larger Coupon Claim histories.

58.15 No Claims Yet

If there are no Coupon Claims, the interface explains that Claims will appear after customers submit their contact details on a Coupon Page.
