Open Coupons and select Create coupon campaign or New coupon campaign.
The creation form is used to build a public local offer that can issue a unique Coupon Code to each successful claimant.
Select the Business associated with the offer.
The selected Business supplies the local Business context for the public Coupon experience, reporting, customer records, and generated promotional content.
Enter a clear Coupon name.
The interface provides an example such as:
20% off next visit
The Coupon Name becomes the customer-facing campaign title.
Select the type of offer being created.
Available Discount Types are:
Enter the Discount value exactly as the offer should be understood.
An example is 20%.
For Free Item or Custom Offer campaigns, use wording that clearly communicates the customer benefit.
The optional Coupon code prefix allows the generated customer codes to begin with recognizable campaign characters.
If no Prefix is entered, the interface treats the code setup as automatically generated.
Enter a Usage limit when the offer should accept only a specific number of Coupon Claims.
Leave the field empty when no claim limit is intended.
Choose an Expiry date when the offer is time-limited.
Select:
An Active Coupon is published when created. A Draft Coupon is retained without an active Published timestamp.
Use Terms to explain important customer conditions.
The interface provides an example:
Valid for one customer. Cannot be combined with other offers.
The Coupon creation form includes the shared Growth Tool public-page design controls so the offer can be prepared with a Landing Page and QR Code.
Review the Business, offer, limits, Status, Terms, and public-page design, then select Create coupon campaign.
