The Booking Workspace includes a dedicated Workflow tab that summarizes how the Booking feature is organized.
The Workflow tab explicitly states:
Bookable services stay separate from public booking pages.
This separation allows the Business to maintain Service details and Availability independently from the customer-facing campaign page.
The Workflow tab also states that Public Booking Pages carry:
The Booking Workspace provides status actions for operational follow-up.
Use Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, and Completed states to keep the Booking Pipeline aligned with actual appointments.
Public Booking Page traffic can be tracked from QR scans and links.
Use Visits together with Bookings to determine whether customer traffic is producing appointment requests.
The Booking Pages header provides Generate booking promo.
This opens the user-facing Content Writer with a goal focused on promoting a Booking Page to local customers ready to book.
The supplied content context can include a limited-availability message such as appointment slots available this week.
Select Generate reminder to open the Content Writer with a Booking Reminder objective.
The supplied goal focuses on reminding booked customers about upcoming appointments and can also support follow-up messaging.
Individual Bookable Services also provide Generate Content actions so promotional copy can be created around a specific Service, Duration, Price, and Description.
Review the Booking Workspace regularly and keep appointment statuses current.
Pending requests should not remain untouched after an appointment has been accepted, cancelled, or completed.
Compare Visits with Booking volume to understand conversion activity.
Then review Pending and Confirmed counts to understand how many requests still require action versus how many have moved into scheduled appointments.
Use Pause when a Service or Public Booking Page may be needed again later.
Use Delete carefully because deleting a Public Booking Page carries a warning that its connected QR Asset, Scans, and Booking Requests are removed, while deleting only a Booking Service leaves existing Bookings available for reporting.
