Open the Bookings tab in the Booking Workspace to review incoming appointment requests.
The section is labeled Recent bookings and is described as incoming appointment requests from Booking Pages.
The Booking table displays:
The Customer column displays the Customer Name associated with the Booking request.
The customer-provided Note appears beneath the Customer Name.
If no Note was submitted, the interface displays No note.
The Date / Time column displays the requested appointment Date.
The selected appointment Time appears below the Date.
The Contact column displays the customer's Phone number when available.
The Contact column also displays the customer's Email when available.
If no Email exists, the interface displays No email.
Each Booking displays one of the supported workflow statuses:
A Pending Booking represents an appointment request that has been captured but has not yet been moved into a later follow-up state.
A Confirmed Booking represents a scheduled appointment that has been accepted.
A Completed Booking represents an appointment that has reached the completed stage of the workflow.
A Cancelled Booking represents an appointment request that should no longer occupy an active booking state.
Choose 10, 25, or 50 Booking records per page and use Previous or Next to navigate the Booking history.
If no Bookings exist, the workspace explains that requests will appear after customers submit appointments from a Public Booking Page.
