Customers reach a Public Booking Page through its Booking link or QR Code.
The customer-facing page identifies the Business and presents the heading:
Book an appointment
The Booking Page loads active Bookable Services associated with the campaign's Business.
Paused services are not included as active booking choices.
The customer chooses a Service.
When a stored Price exists, the Public Booking Page can display the Price beside the Service Name.
The customer selects a Booking Date.
The customer selects a Booking Time.
The submitted time must satisfy the Bookable Service's actual Availability rules.
The customer supplies a Name for the Booking request.
A Phone number is required by the Booking submission workflow.
Email can be supplied as an optional contact method.
The customer can enter an optional Note with additional appointment information.
The customer selects Confirm booking to submit the appointment request.
Before the Booking is stored, AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth checks whether the selected Date and Time remain valid for the chosen Service.
The validation considers:
If the selected time is outside the allowed hours or is no longer available, the submission is rejected and the customer receives the message:
Selected time is outside business hours or no longer available.
When the Booking is accepted, it becomes available in the Booking workspace and the customer-facing page displays:
Your booking request was sent.
Booking Page submissions can also contribute the customer's contact information to the connected customer records used by the Business.
