Each Bookable Service has an Availability section that controls how customer appointment slots are generated.
The interface explains that slots are generated from Opening Hours, Duration, Interval, and Buffer Time.
Enable Use business hours when the service should follow the Business's normal weekly opening hours.
When this option is enabled, the service inherits the Business hours rather than maintaining separate service-specific hours.
Turn off Use business hours when the service needs its own schedule.
The service editor then displays controls for:
Each day can be marked Closed.
When a day is Closed, customers should not receive appointment slots for that day.
For an available day, select the service's:
The system uses this window when calculating possible appointment start times.
Slot Interval controls the spacing between possible appointment start times.
Available values are:
Buffer Before moves the first possible appointment later than the opening time.
Available values are:
Buffer After reserves time after the service when determining whether an appointment fits before closing.
Available values are 0, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes.
A proposed appointment slot must leave enough time for the service Duration and Buffer After before the configured Close Time.
If the appointment would extend beyond the available window, that slot is not valid.
Existing Bookings that have not been Cancelled are considered when determining whether a slot remains available.
This helps prevent a customer from selecting a time that has reached its available booking capacity.
Before sharing a Public Booking Page, verify the service Duration, Opening Hours, Slot Interval, and Buffers so customers receive appointment choices that match the Business's real operating schedule.
