Open Booking Pages and select Create booking service or New service.
A Booking Service represents a specific service customers can choose from the Business's Public Booking Page.
Select the Business that provides the service.
The service becomes associated with that Business and is available only within the applicable booking experience.
Enter the Service name.
The interface provides examples such as:
Use a name customers can immediately understand when choosing an appointment type.
Enter the service's Duration minutes.
The system accepts durations from 5 minutes through 1,440 minutes.
Duration is used when calculating valid appointment slots.
Enter a Price when the service has a stated booking price.
Price is optional and may be left blank.
When no price is stored, the Bookable Service Catalog displays the service as Free.
Use Description to explain what customers should know before booking.
The description can contain service details, preparation information, scope, or other useful customer context.
The Availability section controls when appointment slots can be accepted.
Slot generation considers:
After entering the required information, select Save booking service.
The new service is added to the Bookable Service Catalog.
The catalog displays:
Choose 10, 25, or 50 services per page and use Previous and Next to navigate larger service catalogs.
