Booking Pages is a Growth Tool for publishing customer appointment pages, presenting bookable services, collecting appointment requests, and managing booking follow-up from one User Portal workspace.

The page provides direct actions for:
The Booking Pipeline summarizes the current appointment workflow.
The pipeline tracks:
Bookable Services represents the services customers can choose when submitting an appointment request.
Active Services represents services currently available for customer booking.
Paused services are retained in the workspace but are not treated as active customer choices.
Visits represents QR scans and link visits recorded across the account's Booking Page campaigns.
Bookings represents appointment requests submitted by customers.
Pending identifies appointment requests that still need confirmation or another status action.
Confirmed represents appointment requests that have been accepted as scheduled appointments.
The Booking Workspace contains four separate tabs:
Bookable Services and Public Booking Pages are separate objects. Services define what customers can book and when. Public Booking Pages provide the shareable customer-facing page, QR Code, design, and tracked visits.
