Each Review Booster provides normal user actions for maintaining the campaign after creation.
Select Open to open the customer-facing Review Booster destination in a new browser tab.
Use this action to verify the live experience before distributing the campaign.
Select Edit to reopen the Review Booster editor.
You can update the Business, Campaign Name, public review URLs, Threshold, Preferred Destination, Message Templates, and public-page design settings.
When editing an existing Review Booster, select Save changes.
The existing campaign is updated rather than creating a second Review Booster.
Select Duplicate to create a new Review Booster based on the current campaign settings.
The duplicated campaign receives a new name ending in copy and a unique campaign Slug.
The duplicate is created in the published state.
If a Review Booster is Paused, select Activate to return it to an Active published state.
If a Review Booster is Active, select Pause to remove its published timestamp and place it into the Paused state.
Pause a campaign when it should temporarily stop operating as an active Review Booster but may be needed again later.
Select Delete only when the Review Booster should be permanently removed.
The confirmation warning states that deletion removes the review funnel, QR campaign, Scans, and private feedback connected to it.
Because deletion affects campaign history and connected review data, confirm that the campaign and its associated records are no longer needed before completing the Delete action.
