36.1 Customer Entry Point

Customers reach a Review Booster through its public link or QR Code.

The public Review Booster page identifies the Business and asks the customer:

How was your experience?

36.2 Rating Selection

The customer chooses a rating from one through five stars.

The selected rating is compared with the campaign's Public Review Threshold.

36.3 Rating Meets the Threshold

If the rating is equal to or greater than the Public Review Threshold, the system records the response and attempts to send the customer to the Preferred Review Destination.

36.4 Google or Facebook Destination

The campaign can be configured for Google First or Facebook First.

If the preferred destination URL is unavailable but the alternate public-review URL is present, the system can use that alternate destination.

36.5 Rating Is Below the Threshold

If the customer selects a rating below the threshold, the public page opens the private-feedback section instead of immediately sending the customer to the public review destination.

36.6 Private Feedback

The private-feedback path can collect:

  • Customer Name.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • A description of what happened.

36.7 Send Private Feedback

The customer selects Send private feedback to submit the response.

The submission is recorded for the Business and becomes available through the related Review and reporting workflows.

36.8 Customer Record Connection

Review Booster submissions can also contribute customer information to the connected customer records used by Local Growth operations.

36.9 Thank You State

When the flow returns to the Review Booster after a private-feedback submission, the configured Thank You Message is displayed.

36.10 Operational Follow-Up

Review lower-score responses through the Business Reviews workspace, use Needs Reply to identify unresolved customer concerns, and use the available Replied or Resolve actions as follow-up progresses.
