33.1 Routing Rules

The Routing Rules section determines when a customer is sent toward a public review destination and when the private feedback path is displayed.

33.2 Public Review Threshold

The Public review threshold provides three choices:

  • 3+ Stars.
  • 4+ Stars.
  • 5 Stars Only.

A customer selecting a rating at or above the chosen threshold follows the public-review route.

A rating below the threshold opens the private feedback path.

33.3 Example with a 4-Star Threshold

If the Public Review Threshold is set to 4+ Stars:

  • 4-star and 5-star selections qualify for the public review route.
  • 1-star, 2-star, and 3-star selections open the private feedback form.

33.4 Preferred Review Destination

The Preferred review destination determines which configured public review service is used first.

Available choices are:

  • Google First.
  • Facebook First.

33.5 Destination Fallback

The public response workflow can use the other configured review URL when the preferred destination does not contain a usable URL.

For example, if Facebook is preferred but no Facebook Review URL is available, the system can use the Google Review URL.

33.6 Live Funnel Preview

The Review Booster form includes a Live funnel preview.

The preview visually separates ratings that will follow the public-review route from ratings that will remain in private feedback.

33.7 Routing Display

The preview shows the selected threshold and destination in an operational summary such as:

  • Threshold stars and above → Google Review or Facebook Review.
  • Below threshold → Private Feedback.

33.8 Choosing a Threshold

Select the threshold intentionally based on the Business's desired customer-feedback workflow.

After changing the threshold, review the Live Funnel Preview before saving so the routing matches the intended customer experience.
