31.1 What Review Booster Does

Review Booster is a Local Growth tool that helps turn satisfied customers into public reviews while giving lower-score customers a private feedback path.

The deployed interface describes the workflow as sending happy customers to Google or Facebook reviews while routing low-score feedback into a private recovery form.

31.2 Opening Review Booster

Select Review Booster from the Growth Tools section of the User Portal.

The Review Booster workspace contains creation tools, performance metrics, campaign search and filtering, public-link actions, QR actions, design controls, and campaign-management actions.

31.3 Review Booster Health

The Review Booster header includes a Review booster health summary showing:

• Boosters.
• Visits.
• Feedback.

31.4 Active Boosters

Active boosters counts published Review Booster funnels.

A booster must be Active for its normal published campaign state to remain available to customers.

31.5 Review Visits

Review visits counts QR scans and public-link visits associated with Review Booster campaigns.

31.6 Public Review Clicks

Public Review Clicks represents higher-rating customers routed toward the configured Google or Facebook review destination.

31.7 Private Feedback

Private feedback represents lower-score responses captured through the Review Booster private feedback workflow.

31.8 Review Booster Directory

The Review Booster directory displays operational information such as:

• Campaign.
• Business.
• Routing.
• Visits.
• Status.
• Actions.

1. Create a Review Booster.
2. Select the Business.
3. Enter public review destinations.
4. Choose the Public Review Threshold.
5. Configure customer messages.
6. Preview the funnel.
