26.1 New Campaign

Open the Business Campaigns tab and select New campaign.

The system asks:

What do you want to create?

You then choose the Local Growth goal for the current Business.

26.2 Review Booster

Select Review Booster when the goal is to collect customer ratings, route positive customers toward a public review destination, and capture lower-score feedback privately.

26.3 Booking Page

Select Booking Page when the customer action should be an appointment or booking request.

26.4 Coupon Campaign

Select Coupon Campaign when you want customers to claim an offer or promotion.

26.5 Feedback Form

Select Feedback Form to gather direct private customer feedback.

26.6 Lead Form

Select Lead Form when the goal is to collect prospect contact details and qualifying information.

26.7 QR Campaign

Select QR Campaign when you need a QR-driven destination or customer experience outside the dedicated Review, Booking, Coupon, Feedback, or Lead workflows.

26.8 What Happens After Selection

The New Campaign chooser does not create every campaign through one generic editor.

Instead, it opens the corresponding user-facing Growth Tool with the current Business already supplied as campaign context.

26.9 Why This Matters

Review Booster, Booking Pages, Coupons, Feedback Forms, Lead Forms, and QR Campaigns each have different customer actions and settings.

Their detailed creation workflows are documented separately later in this manual.

26.10 Choosing the Correct Goal

Select the campaign type based on the action you want the customer to take. This keeps reporting, public-page behavior, and captured conversion data aligned with the campaign's real purpose.
