25.1 Business Campaigns

The Campaigns tab acts as the campaign operating hub for the current Business.

The interface describes this workspace as the place to manage growth campaigns, QR pages, public links, and conversion signals for the Business.

25.2 Campaign Summary

The Business Campaigns header displays:

  • Total Campaigns.
  • Total Scans.

These values provide a quick indication of how much Local Growth activity has been created and how much QR traffic it has generated.

25.3 Campaign Directory

The Campaign Directory combines supported campaign types for the current Business into one list.

The directory can display:

  • Campaign Name.
  • Slug.
  • Type.
  • Status.
  • QR.
  • Scans.
  • Conversions.
  • Actions.

25.4 Supported Growth Campaign Types

The Business Campaign workspace recognizes:

  • Review Booster.
  • Booking Pages.
  • Coupons.
  • Feedback Forms.
  • Lead Forms.
  • QR Campaigns.

25.5 Campaign Status

A Campaign is shown as Active when it has been published.

An unpublished Campaign is displayed as Draft.

25.6 Scans

Scans represent tracked QR interactions for a Campaign.

25.7 Conversions

The Business Campaign Directory combines supported customer outcomes into the Conversion count.

These can include Review feedback, Feedback Form responses, Lead submissions, Bookings, and Coupon redemptions.

25.8 Purpose of the Hub

Use the Business Campaigns tab to find and compare campaigns quickly, then open the campaign's dedicated Growth Tool when detailed changes are required.
