24.1 Searching Review Feedback

Use Search feedback... in the Business Review Inbox to locate a response.

The search can match customer information and feedback content, including:

  • Customer Name.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Feedback Message.

24.2 Review Filters

The Review Inbox provides the following filters:

  • All.
  • Positive.
  • Low-score.
  • Sent to Google.
  • Needs Reply.
  • Resolved.

24.3 Positive

Positive review filtering focuses on higher ratings associated with the public-review path.

24.4 Low-Score

Low-Score filtering focuses on ratings of three stars or below.

Use this view to identify customer experiences that may require recovery or follow-up.

24.5 Needs Reply

Needs Reply narrows the list to low-score responses that have not already been marked Replied or Resolved.

24.6 AI Reply

Select AI Reply on a Review Inbox item to open the user-facing AI Review Reply workflow with that feedback connected to the request.

This can help draft an appropriate public response or private recovery message based on the rating and customer feedback.

24.7 Marking Replied

When follow-up has been completed, select Replied to record that the feedback has received a response.

The action becomes unavailable when the item is already Replied or Resolved.

24.8 Resolving Feedback

Select Resolve when the feedback no longer requires active follow-up.

Resolved items can be reviewed later through the Resolved filter.

24.9 Pagination

Choose 10, 25, or 50 responses per page and use Previous or Next to navigate the Review Inbox.

24.10 Follow-Up Discipline

Use Needs Reply as the active work queue, use Replied after communication is completed, and use Resolved when the follow-up item no longer requires attention.
