22.1 Opening the Lead Inbox

Open a Business workspace and select the Leads tab.

The Lead inbox is scoped to the current Business so activity from unrelated Businesses is not mixed into the results.

22.2 Searching Leads

Use Search leads... to locate captured contacts.

Search can match information associated with a Lead, including:

  • Name.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Note.
  • Campaign.
  • Source.

22.3 Reviewing Contact Information

The Lead column displays the captured Name together with an available Phone number or Email address.

If no contact value was captured, the interface can indicate that no contact information is available.

22.4 Reviewing Source

The Source badge shows the Local Growth flow responsible for the contact.

Use this information to separate direct Lead Form submissions from contacts generated through other growth tools.

22.5 Reviewing Campaign

The Campaign column identifies the campaign associated with the captured contact when that campaign still exists.

This is useful when comparing prospect volume across multiple campaigns for the same Business.

22.6 Status

The Status column displays the status supplied by the underlying customer interaction.

The Business Lead inbox is primarily a review and qualification view; do not assume the table itself provides a status-editing workflow when no such action is displayed.

22.7 Notes

The Note column can provide context captured from the originating customer action.

Use the information to understand the request before following up through the appropriate Business process.

22.8 Page Size

The Lead inbox allows page sizes of:

  • 10 per page.
  • 25 per page.
  • 50 per page.

22.9 Pagination

Use Previous and Next to navigate larger Lead lists.

The page indicator displays the current page and total available pages.

22.10 No Leads Yet

If there are no captured Leads, the interface explains that Lead Form, Booking, Coupon, and Feedback submissions will appear after customers respond to a campaign.

From that state, you can create or share a campaign to begin capturing customer activity.
