21.1 Business Leads

The Leads tab in a Business workspace brings together customer contacts captured through Local Growth activity associated with that Business.

The page is designed as a Business-specific Lead inbox so users can see where prospects entered the customer journey.

21.2 Where Business Leads Come From

Business Leads can originate from several customer-facing flows, including:

  • Lead Forms.
  • Bookings.
  • Coupon activity.
  • Feedback submissions.
  • Other supported campaign pages.

This allows the Business workspace to show more than direct Lead Form submissions.

21.3 Lead Sources

The Business Leads page includes a Lead sources area identifying where captured contacts entered the Business.

Use Source information to determine which Local Growth experiences are creating customer interest.

21.4 Total Leads

Total Leads represents all captured contacts currently included in the Business Lead inbox.

21.5 Lead Form Leads

Lead Form Leads identifies contacts submitted directly through Lead Form campaigns.

21.6 Other Source Leads

Other Source Leads represents captured contacts coming from sources such as Bookings, Coupons, and Feedback rather than a dedicated Lead Form.

21.7 Lead Record Information

A Business Lead row can display:

  • Lead Name.
  • Phone or Email.
  • Source.
  • Campaign.
  • Status.
  • Note.
  • Created date.

21.8 Understanding Source and Campaign

Source identifies the type of customer interaction that captured the contact.

Campaign identifies the specific campaign associated with that interaction when available.

21.9 Operational Use

Use the Business Lead inbox to understand which growth activities are producing contacts, identify newly captured prospects, and determine which campaign or workflow should receive follow-up attention.
