20.1 Customer Directory

The Customer Directory stores customer and contact records connected to Local Growth activity.

Contacts can originate from Bookings, Coupon activity, Feedback, Lead Forms, or manual entry.

20.2 Opening Customers for a Business

Open a Business workspace and select the Customers tab to review contacts associated with that Business.

The Business-scoped directory keeps the current Business selected automatically.

20.3 Adding a Customer

Select Add customer to create a manual contact.

The Customer form includes:

  • Business.
  • Name.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Note.

20.4 Notes

Use the Note field for useful operational information such as customer preferences, source context, or follow-up information.

Do not store unnecessary sensitive information in general-purpose Notes.

20.5 Customer Use Cases

The Customer interface identifies common uses such as:

  • Booking reminders.
  • Coupon follow-up.
  • Review requests.
  • Lead nurturing.

20.6 Searching Customers

Use Search to locate Customers by Name, Phone, or Email.

When viewing Customers across multiple Businesses, use the Business filter to narrow results.

20.7 Customer Directory Columns

The desktop Customer Directory can display:

  • Customer.
  • Business when not already scoped.
  • Contact.
  • Source.
  • Status.
  • Last Activity.
  • Actions.

20.8 Campaign-Captured Customers

Contacts captured by Local Growth campaigns can also appear in the Customer Directory.

The Source and Source Campaign information can help explain how the Customer entered the system.

20.9 Editing a Customer

Select the Edit action for a Customer, update the available contact details or Note, and select Save changes.

20.10 Deleting a Customer

Select Delete when a Customer record truly needs to be removed from the directory.

The interface asks for confirmation because the contact will be removed from the Customer Directory.

20.11 Pagination

Use the 10, 25, or 50 per-page selector and Previous/Next controls to navigate larger Customer directories.
