18.1 Adding a Location

Open the Business Locations tab and select Add location.

The interface describes the action as creating an extra branch, service area, booth, or store address while keeping the main address in the Business Profile.

18.2 Selecting the Business

When Locations is opened from a specific Business workspace, the Business is already selected.

When working from a broader Locations context, select the Business that owns the Location.

18.3 Location Fields

Enter the available Location details:

  • Location Name.
  • Phone.
  • Email.
  • Address.
  • Google Maps URL.

Use a recognizable Location Name such as a branch, district, service area, or booth name.

18.4 Preview Before Saving

The Add Location dialog contains a Preview showing the Location Name, selected Business, Phone, Email, Address, and Google Maps URL.

Review this information before selecting Save location.

18.5 Searching Locations

The Location Directory includes Search.

Search can match Location information such as Name, Phone, Email, Address, Google Maps URL, or the associated Business Name.

18.6 Filtering by Business

When viewing Locations across Businesses, use the Business filter to narrow the directory to a specific Business.

18.7 Page Size

The directory provides page-size choices such as 10, 25, or 50 Locations per page.

18.8 Opening the Map

If a Google Maps URL exists, use the Map link to open the destination in a separate browser view.

18.9 Removing a Location

The Location Directory provides a Delete action for the signed-in user's own Location records.

Deletion permanently removes the branch from the Location Directory. The interface warns that campaigns using that Location may lose their branch context.

Confirm that the Location is no longer needed before selecting Delete location.
