11.1 Purpose of Businesses

The Businesses area contains the local Business profiles that power AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth campaigns, QR experiences, public pages, and reporting.

A Business profile is intended to be reused across multiple Growth Tools instead of recreating the same identity and contact information for every campaign.

11.2 Opening Businesses

Select Businesses from the User Portal navigation to open the Business directory.

The directory displays Business profiles belonging to the signed-in account.

11.3 Creating a Business

Select Create business when you need to add a new local Business profile.

The system describes the Business profile as the source record that powers QR campaigns, review funnels, Booking Pages, Coupons, and local analytics.

11.4 Why the Business Comes First

Several downstream tools require a Business before they can create branded content or campaigns.

For example, AI Campaign Builder, AI Review Reply, and Content Writer use Business information to produce locally relevant material.

11.5 Business Profile Readiness

The Businesses area includes a Launch Readiness concept covering:

  • Profile details.
  • Location and contact information.
  • Campaign-ready assets.

11.6 Business Limits

The number of Business profiles available to an account can depend on the active Plan.

If the Create Business action is unavailable because the account has reached its allowed number of Businesses, review the current Plan through the normal user Account area.

11.7 Business-Level Workspaces

After opening a Business, AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth provides a dedicated Business workspace where related Campaigns, Locations, Customers, Reviews, Leads, Reports, and Business settings can be reviewed.

11.8 Operational Best Practice

Keep each Business profile accurate because the same information can appear across several customer-facing Local Growth experiences.
