10.1 Dashboard Metrics

The Local Growth Dashboard builds metrics from activity belonging to the signed-in user's Businesses and Campaigns.

The principal metrics are:

  • Businesses.
  • Active Campaigns.
  • Visits.
  • Review Clicks.
  • Leads.
  • Bookings.
  • Coupon Claims.
  • Feedback.
  • Conversion Rate.

10.2 Businesses

Businesses counts the Local Business profiles belonging to the current user.

10.3 Active Campaigns

Active Campaigns counts campaigns with a published state.

10.4 Visits

Visits are calculated from tracked campaign scan activity associated with the user's Campaign IDs.

10.5 Review Clicks

Review Clicks are based on high-rating review activity routed toward public review behavior.

10.6 Leads

Leads counts Lead Form submissions associated with the user's Campaigns.

10.7 Bookings

Bookings counts appointment or booking records generated through the user's campaigns.

10.8 Coupon Claims

Coupon Claims counts customer coupon-redemption activity associated with those Campaigns.

10.9 Feedback

Feedback includes Feedback Form responses as well as lower-rating Review Booster feedback that remains private rather than being counted as a positive public Review Click.

10.10 Conversion Rate

The Dashboard adds Review Clicks, Leads, Bookings, Coupon Claims, and Feedback together as conversion events.

When Visits are greater than zero, Conversion Rate is calculated from those conversion events relative to Visits.

10.11 Recent Activity

Recent Activity combines several kinds of customer events, including:

  • Lead submissions.
  • Appointment bookings.
  • Coupon claims.
  • Public-review clicks.
  • Private review feedback.
  • Feedback Form responses.

The Dashboard sorts this combined activity by time and surfaces the most recent events.

10.12 Top Campaigns

Top Campaigns combines Visits and conversion activity for each campaign.

The Dashboard ranks campaigns using their activity and displays the strongest performers, allowing users to identify which customer experiences are generating the most engagement and results.

10.13 Moving from Dashboard to Reports

Dashboard is intended for fast operational review. Select Open reports when deeper filtering, Business-level analysis, or campaign performance detail is required.
