9.1 Built-In Onboarding

The Dashboard contains a five-step Local Growth onboarding sequence. Progress is calculated from real account activity rather than from manually checking boxes.

9.2 Step 1 — Create Business

The first step is Create business.

The Dashboard explains that the Business is the local profile powering campaigns, QR Codes, public pages, and Reports.

This step becomes complete when the account has at least one Business.

9.3 Step 2 — Choose Growth Goal

The second step is Choose growth goal.

The available growth directions include:

  • Review.
  • Booking.
  • Coupon.
  • Feedback.
  • Lead capture.
  • Landing Page.
  • Custom QR.

The goal step is tied to creating campaign activity.

9.4 Step 3 — Launch Campaign

The third step is Launch campaign.

The Dashboard describes this as publishing a campaign page so customers can scan, open, claim, book, or submit.

The step becomes complete when a campaign has been published.

9.5 Step 4 — Share QR / Link

The fourth step is Share QR / link.

Download the QR Code or copy the public link and place it where customers can interact with it.

The interface specifically suggests touchpoints such as posters, counters, invoices, or messages.

This step becomes complete after tracked Visits begin to occur.

9.6 Step 5 — Track Results

The fifth step is Track results.

Open Reports to review Scans, Visits, Leads, Bookings, Coupons, Reviews, Feedback, and Conversion Rate.

9.7 Progress Percentage

The system calculates the number of completed onboarding steps, total steps, and an overall percentage.

When all five operational milestones are satisfied, onboarding is marked complete.

9.8 Why the Sequence Matters

The checklist reflects the intended Local Growth workflow: establish the Business, define the customer goal, publish the experience, distribute it, and measure the resulting customer activity.
