8.2 What the Growth Overview Tracks

The Dashboard is designed to track:

  • Feedback.
  • Conversion Rate.
  • Recent Activity.
  • Top Campaigns.

8.3 Businesses

The Business count shows how many local Business profiles belong to the signed-in account.

8.4 Active Campaigns

Active Campaigns represents campaign records that have been published.

This helps distinguish campaign preparation from live customer-facing activity.

8.5 Visits

Visits are derived from tracked QR or campaign interactions associated with the user's campaigns.

8.6 Conversions

The Dashboard combines multiple customer actions into conversion reporting. These can include Review Clicks, Leads, Bookings, Coupon Claims, and Feedback.

8.7 Conversion Rate

When Visits exist, Conversion Rate compares the combined conversion events with Visits and displays the resulting percentage.

8.8 Recent Activity

Recent Activity brings together current customer actions so users can quickly see what is happening across campaigns.

8.9 Top Campaigns

Top Campaigns helps identify campaigns producing the strongest combination of Visits and Conversions.

8.10 Using Dashboard as a Starting Point

Use Dashboard to identify where attention is needed, then open the related Business, Growth Tool, Campaign, Lead, Booking, Feedback record, or Report for detailed review.
