6.1 The User Portal

Normal AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth work takes place through the authenticated User Portal.

The portal is separate from provider and Administrator areas. This manual documents only the normal user-facing portal.

6.2 Businesses

The Businesses section opens the Business profiles that power local-growth campaigns and reporting.

6.3 Growth Tools

The deployed Growth Tools navigation includes:

• Review Booster.
• Booking Pages.
• Coupons.
• Feedback Forms.
• Lead Forms.

6.4 AI Tools

When the AI Studio feature is available under the account's Plan, the AI Tools area can display:

• Campaign Builder.
• AI Review Reply.
• Content Writer.

Additional AI Studio tools can be reached from within the AI workspace when available.

6.5 Assets

The Assets section can contain:

• Landing Pages.
• QR Codes.
• Templates.
• Custom Domains when the Plan supports them.
• Files when file management is enabled.

6.6 Reports

Select All Reports to review aggregated local-growth results.

6.7 Account

Normal Account destinations include user-facing areas such as:

• Plans.
• Billing.
• Settings.

Other account-menu links can include Credits, Invoices, Activity Log, and personal AI Settings when the applicable feature is available.

6.8 Plan-Based Visibility

Some navigation items are displayed only when the signed-in account can use the required Plan feature. A missing item can therefore reflect normal feature availability rather than an application error.

6.9 Administrator Areas

Team administration, role administration, provider settings, system configuration, and other Administrator areas are outside the User Operations Manual and should not be used as substitutes for normal portal workflows.
