4.1 Email Verification

AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth can require a newly registered account to verify its Email address before entering protected portal areas.

The verification page instructs the user to verify the Email address by selecting the link sent during registration.

4.2 Resending the Verification Link

If the original message was not received or the link can no longer be used, request another verification Email from the verification screen.

After a successful request, the interface confirms that a new verification link has been sent to the Email address provided during registration.

4.3 Checking for the Verification Email

If the message does not appear immediately:

  • Confirm the registration Email address is correct.
  • Check Spam or Junk folders.
  • Allow normal delivery time.
  • Use the resend option rather than repeatedly registering new accounts.

4.4 Forgot Password

Select Forgot password? from Sign In when you no longer know the current Password.

The Forgot Password page asks for the account Email address and provides a Send Reset Link action.

4.5 Using the Reset Link

Open the reset Email and follow its link to the password-reset page.

Enter the new Password requested by the form and complete the reset.

4.6 After Resetting the Password

Once the new Password is accepted, use that Password for future direct sign-ins.

A saved browser password may still contain the old value, so update it if necessary.

4.7 Security Guidance

Use a Password that meets the system's displayed security requirements. Do not share reset links or authentication credentials with another person.

4.8 When Two-Factor Authentication Is Enabled

Resetting the Password does not remove the Two-Factor Authentication requirement. After normal Password authentication, the account can still require an authenticator or Recovery Code challenge.
