3.1 Creating an Account

When self-registration is available in the deployed installation, select Sign up from the authentication screen and complete the registration process presented by the system.

After registration, the account may require email verification before full portal access is available.

3.2 Signing In

The standard Sign In screen accepts:

  • Email or Username.
  • Password.

Enter the Email address or Username associated with your account, enter your Password, and select Sign In.

3.3 Remember Me

Select Remember me when you want the browser session to remain signed in according to the system's normal authentication behavior.

Do not use Remember Me on shared or public computers.

3.4 Forgot Password

The Sign In page provides a Forgot password? link when password recovery is enabled.

Use that workflow rather than repeatedly guessing the password.

3.5 Social Sign-In

The deployed authentication interface can display social login choices under Or continue with.

Supported visible choices can include:

  • Continue with Google.
  • Continue with Facebook.
  • Continue with X.

Only providers currently displayed on your Sign In page should be considered available.

3.6 Social Account Matching

When using social authentication, complete the provider's authorization process and return to AIUNIFY Search & Local Growth.

Use the same identity consistently so you do not unintentionally create or attempt to access a different account.

3.7 Authentication Problems

If sign-in fails, verify the Email or Username, confirm the Password is current, and use Forgot Password when necessary.

If the account uses Two-Factor Authentication, successful Password authentication can be followed by an additional security challenge.
