48.1 Existing Connected Knowledge

AIUNIFY Chat can use supported Notion pages and Google Docs as Agent Knowledge when the required connection already exists for the current Workspace.

This chapter covers only user-level use of an existing connection. Establishing or administering external connections is outside the scope of this manual.

48.2 Use Only Visible Source Controls

Open the Agent's Sources page and use only the Knowledge-source controls actually displayed in your deployed interface.

If Notion or Google source controls are not visible, do not manually construct an internal request or attempt to bypass the interface.

48.3 Adding an Existing Notion Source

If a Notion source control is visibly available and the required connection already exists:

  1. Open the Agent's Sources area.
  2. Select the available Notion Source option.
  3. Provide the supported Notion page URL or identifier requested by the form.
  4. Submit the Source.
  5. Allow indexing to complete.
  6. Review the resulting Source status and extracted content.

48.4 Adding an Existing Google Doc

If a Google Doc source control is visibly available and the connection already exists, add the supported document URL or identifier through the displayed Sources-page control and review the resulting indexing status.

48.5 Alternative Knowledge Methods

If provider-specific source controls are unavailable, use a normal supported Knowledge method such as a webpage URL, Sitemap, pasted text, or supported uploaded file.

48.6 Verify the Result

After adding any Source, review its status, Preview, Documents, and Chunks before relying on the material for production answers.
