The Agents area is the workspace entry point for creating, locating, reviewing, and opening AI Chat Agents.
Each Agent represents a distinct AI visitor experience with its own configuration, knowledge, Conversations, Leads, publication state, and related operating tools.
The deployed Agents table can display:
A Published Agent has a published configuration available for its deployment. A Draft Agent is not currently in that published state.
Publication state should be reviewed before assuming recent configuration changes are live on a website.
The Knowledge column displays the number of indexed Sources compared with the Agent's total Sources.
For example, an Agent showing fewer indexed Sources than total Sources may still have content processing, failed, or otherwise not yet indexed.
Use Search agents... to locate an Agent by name rather than scrolling through the entire list.
The Agent view selector includes:
The Agents page can filter by default Agent language. Use All languages to remove the language filter.
The available sorting options include:
The Agents table includes persistent column controls. Users can choose which supported columns remain visible and can reset their column configuration when needed.
Select the Agent name to open its Agent workspace. Use the Settings control when you need to go directly to its settings area.
Select New agent to begin the Agent-creation workflow.
If no Agents exist, the empty state also provides a New agent action and explains that creating an Agent is the starting point for answering visitors and capturing Leads.
