The Dashboard tracks Conversation totals and recent Conversation activity. Available summary data includes total Conversations, the last 7 days, the previous 7 days, the last 30 days, and a 7-day series used for trend presentation.
When recent Conversation volume rises or falls, compare it with Lead and engagement results before drawing conclusions about performance.
Message statistics summarize communication activity generated within Conversations.
The Dashboard tracks total Messages and comparable recent-period values. Message volume can help identify how actively visitors are engaging, but higher message volume alone does not establish successful outcomes.
Lead metrics summarize captured Leads across the current workspace.
Review Lead volume together with Conversation volume, conversion performance, Lead statuses, and the Agents responsible for those interactions.
The Dashboard compares recent values with the prior 7-day period. When activity changes, the interface can indicate whether the current value is up or down relative to that previous period.
Use trend direction as a signal for investigation rather than as a complete explanation of why performance changed.
The Dashboard reporting data includes a conversion measurement with current, previous, recent-period, and trend-series values.
Conversion should be interpreted together with visitor volume and Lead behavior. A small number of Conversations can produce a high rate while still representing limited total business activity.
The Dashboard also includes an engagement measurement. Use it alongside Conversation and Message activity to understand whether visitors are interacting meaningfully with the chat experience.
Pipeline reporting groups Leads by operational status and calculates each status's share of the total pipeline.
Use this view to identify whether Leads are accumulating in one status and whether follow-up processes are keeping the pipeline current.
Knowledge-source health is represented using source totals and processing states:
The Dashboard also receives an indexed-rate value. If source health deteriorates, inspect the affected Agent's Sources and Knowledge areas before changing unrelated Agent instructions.
The Dashboard tracks the number of Agents and how many are published. Agent reporting can also identify top Agents using Conversation, Lead, and recent-activity information.
Use Agent comparisons to determine where deeper review may be useful, then open the specific Agent before modifying its configuration.
The recent Lead section can display configurable columns such as:
The interface supports persistent table-column preferences, so individual users may not always see the exact same visible columns.
Metrics are summaries. When a Dashboard result requires action:
