9.1 Purpose of the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the primary summary view for the current AIUNIFY Chat workspace. It brings together operational information about Conversations, Messages, Leads, knowledge Sources, Agents, recent activity, conversion, engagement, and lead-pipeline performance.

9.2 Confirm the Current Workspace

Dashboard data is workspace-specific. If your account belongs to multiple workspaces, confirm the current workspace before interpreting the numbers or opening a record.

9.3 Onboarding Indicator

The application can identify when the current account or workspace still needs onboarding. When setup remains incomplete, use the onboarding path to prepare the initial Agent and knowledge sources.

9.4 Core Activity Areas

The Dashboard receives summary data for:

  • Conversations
  • Messages
  • Leads
  • Knowledge source status
  • Agents
  • Recent Leads

These values provide an operational overview. Use the dedicated Inbox, Conversations, Agents, Sources, and Analytics pages when deeper investigation is required.

9.5 Time-Based Activity

Conversation, Message, and Lead statistics include recent periods such as the last 7 days, previous 7 days, and last 30 days.

Use period comparisons to understand direction and change rather than interpreting a single total without context.

9.6 Dashboard Trend Chart

The Dashboard includes time-series data for Conversations and Leads. This allows workspace members to compare activity over the displayed reporting window.

A change in Conversation volume does not automatically indicate a matching change in lead performance. Review both series together.

9.7 Recent Leads

The Dashboard contains recent Lead records so users can move quickly from summary activity into a specific Lead.

Lead information can include:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Status
  • Created time
  • Primary Agent
  • Recent activity context

9.8 Lead Statuses

The Dashboard recognizes operational Lead statuses including:

  • New
  • Qualified
  • Contacted
  • Won
  • Lost

Status values are used for reporting and filtering. Keep Lead statuses current so the Dashboard and downstream Analytics remain meaningful.

9.9 Filtering and Sorting Recent Leads

The Dashboard supports Lead filtering and sorting options, including status, contact availability, creation order, and name order.

Use these controls to focus the recent Lead list without changing the underlying Lead records.

9.10 Using the Dashboard as a Starting Point

The Dashboard is intended to direct attention. When a metric looks unusual, open the relevant operational area and inspect the records behind that number before making changes.
