8.1 Why Available Controls Can Differ

AIUNIFY Chat can expose different operational controls to different signed-in users. A missing button or unavailable action does not automatically mean the system is malfunctioning.

Availability can depend on the current Workspace, the selected Agent, the active Plan, and the access associated with the signed-in account.

8.2 View Access vs. Edit Access

A user may be able to view an Agent, Conversation, Lead, or Analytics page without being able to modify it.

Use only the controls visibly available to your account.

8.3 Agent Operations

If Agent editing tools are displayed, use the applicable workflows in this manual for configuration, Knowledge, Playground testing, Curated Answers, Behavior Triggers, Calls to Action, publishing, and related Agent functions.

8.4 Conversation Operations

Claim, Reply, Transfer, Notes, Tags, Canned Replies, and Return-to-AI actions can also depend on the controls available to your signed-in account.

8.5 Plan-Controlled Features

Some features can vary by Plan or deployment. If a feature is not available, do not attempt to construct internal requests to reach it.

8.6 Access-Denied Results

If an operation is denied, confirm that you are in the correct Workspace and working with the correct Agent or record. Then use the controls that are legitimately available through the interface.

8.7 User Operations Boundary

This manual explains operational functionality only. It does not teach access administration, role administration, Workspace administration, or Administrator functions.
