Profile settings are account-level controls for the authenticated user. They are separate from the Agents and other records belonging to the current workspace.
The deployed Profile settings screen allows the user to update their name and email address and control whether they are available to receive live chats.
Your user identity may be displayed in collaborative and live-chat contexts, so keep it accurate.
If the current email is unverified, Profile settings provides an option to resend the verification email.
Profile settings includes a Receive live chats control.
When enabled, visitors who select Connect me with a human can be routed to you while your AIUNIFY Chat browser tab is open and the other live-chat routing conditions are satisfied.
Disable the setting when you should not be considered available for human chat work.
AIUNIFY Chat includes account language and locale controls. Use Language settings to select a supported interface language.
The application contains translated interface catalogs for many locales. Availability and completeness can vary by language.
Appearance settings allow the user to control the supported visual mode of their own account interface.
Changing personal appearance does not change an Agent's visitor-facing widget colors or branding. Agent/widget customization is managed separately.
Profile, Security, Language, and Appearance belong to the user's account. If you work in multiple workspaces, these personal settings are not the same as changing a specific workspace's Agent configuration.
The Profile page includes an account-deletion area. Account deletion is a destructive action and should not be used as a troubleshooting method or as a way to leave one workspace.
If the objective is simply to change workspace access, use the appropriate membership process rather than deleting the entire personal account.
