4.1 Navigating AIUNIFY Chat

After signing in, AIUNIFY Chat opens inside the current Workspace. The Workspace keeps its Agents, Leads, Conversations, Workflows, Analytics, and related operational records together.

4.2 Normal User Operations Navigation

The core operating destinations covered by this manual are:

  • Dashboard
  • Inbox
  • Conversations
  • Agents
  • Workflows
  • Analytics

Additional destinations can appear in the interface depending on account access or Workspace configuration. Administrator-only management areas are intentionally not documented in this manual.

4.3 Conversation Attention Indicators

The Conversations item can display an attention badge when visitor Conversations require human review. Open Conversations to identify the sessions requiring attention.

4.4 Workspace Switcher

If your account belongs to multiple Workspaces, use the Workspace Switcher to move between them. Always confirm the active Workspace before working with an Agent, Conversation, Lead, Workflow, or Analytics result.

4.5 Breadcrumbs and Page Context

Breadcrumbs and page headings help identify where you are inside the current Agent or operational area. Use them when moving among Agent Sources, Knowledge, Conversations, Leads, Playground, experiments, or related tools.

4.6 User Menu

The signed-in user menu provides personal account controls and Sign Out.

4.7 Feature Availability

If a control described in the manual is not displayed for your signed-in account, use only the functions actually exposed through your interface. Do not attempt to bypass a missing or restricted control.
