Use the AIUNIFY Chat login page to access your account and assigned workspace.
After authentication, the application directs normal customer accounts into their workspace experience rather than the separate provider administration surface.
Workspace actions are associated with authenticated users. Always use your own assigned account rather than another person's credentials.
This is particularly important for live-chat work, membership actions, Agent changes, lead handling, and other operations where the system may retain the acting user or historical ownership information.
If email verification is required and your address has not yet been verified, AIUNIFY Chat displays an unverified-email notice from Profile settings.
Use the available link to resend the verification email. When a new link is successfully requested, the interface confirms that another verification link was sent.
If you cannot remember your password, use the password-reset option available from the login experience.
Accounts with two-factor authentication enabled receive an additional challenge during login.
Use the current code generated by the TOTP-compatible authenticator configured for the account. If the normal authenticator is unavailable, use a valid recovery code when the login interface provides the recovery-code option.
If sign-in fails:
When you finish working, use the account/user menu and choose the logout action. Signing out is especially important on shared or public computers.
Closing a browser tab should not be treated as a substitute for deliberately signing out when account security requires the session to be ended.
