77.1 Affiliate Wallet Overview

The Affiliate Wallet is a separately permission-controlled workspace for reviewing affiliate financial activity.

The confirmed Wallet interface contains two major views:

  • All Transactions.
  • Withdrawal Request.

77.2 All Transactions

Use All Transactions to review financial records associated with Affiliate Members.

Transaction history provides a stronger basis for confirming financial activity than relying only on a Dashboard statistic or an Affiliate Order.

77.3 Reviewing a Transaction

  1. Open Affiliate.
  2. Select Wallet.
  3. Open All Transactions.
  4. Locate the intended Member or transaction.
  5. Review the amount and available transaction information.
  6. Compare it with the related Order or Program when needed.
  7. Confirm the recorded state before taking another financial action.

77.4 Withdrawal Requests

The Wallet includes a dedicated Withdrawal Request view.

Use it to review requests by Affiliate Members to withdraw eligible wallet value through the business workflow available in the CRM.

77.5 Reviewing a Withdrawal Request

When the applicable operation is available:

  1. Open Wallet.
  2. Select Withdrawal Request.
  3. Identify the requesting Member.
  4. Review the requested amount.
  5. Review the Member's transaction activity.
  6. Confirm that the request corresponds to the intended Member and available business records.
  7. Perform only the operational action made available to your account.
  8. Verify the resulting request state.

77.6 Transaction and Order Comparison

An Affiliate Order and a Wallet Transaction describe related but different parts of the workflow. An Order records qualifying business activity; the Wallet records financial activity associated with the affiliate relationship.

Use both when investigating a commission discrepancy.

77.7 Affiliate Reports

Users with the Affiliate Reports viewing permission can open the Reports workspace.

Reports can help analyze affiliate activity across Members, Programs, Orders, transactions, registrations, views, and other information maintained by the module.

77.8 Transaction Tables and Charts

The Affiliate source includes both transaction-table and transaction-chart concepts.

Use charts to identify patterns and tables to inspect the specific records responsible for those patterns.

77.9 Commission Review

When a reported commission does not match expectations:

  1. Confirm the Member.
  2. Confirm the Program and its effective dates.
  3. Review the Affiliate Order.
  4. Review Commission Status.
  5. Review related Logs.
  6. Review Wallet Transactions.
  7. Compare the detailed records with the report.

77.10 Protecting Financial Information

Wallet and withdrawal information is business financial data. Share it only with authorized participants and avoid copying it into unrelated Customer, Lead, Ticket, or Project records.

77.11 Recommended Wallet Workflow

  1. Open Wallet.
  2. Review All Transactions.
  3. Locate the correct Member.
  4. Compare related Order information when needed.
  5. Open Withdrawal Requests when applicable.
