AIUNIFY CRM provides separate Affiliate Orders and Affiliate Logs workspaces for permissioned users.
These records help you trace activity beyond the summary information shown on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Open Affiliate Orders when you need to review business transactions associated with affiliate activity.
Order-related information can be used together with the applicable Affiliate Member and Program to understand how an affiliate transaction was handled.
The Affiliate source includes concepts such as Order ID, Order Code, Commission Status, and Affiliate Program.
Use identifiers whenever possible when comparing an Affiliate Order with another CRM or commerce record. Names alone may not uniquely identify the transaction.
The Affiliate module includes a concept for Orders not yet approved and waiting states.
When such records are presented, review the underlying order information before performing any available operational action. Confirm that the transaction qualifies under the applicable business process.
Affiliate Logs provide a more detailed activity trail for affiliate events.
The source includes activity concepts such as Click ID, Click Type, Product Views, User IP, registrations, and program relationships.
Use Logs when you need to understand how activity occurred before or around an Affiliate Order.
Product View information can indicate that affiliate traffic reached product content. A Product View does not by itself establish that an order or commission was completed.
Use Orders and Wallet records to confirm later financial activity.
New Registration information can represent an affiliate-generated signup. When investigating a registration, compare it with the associated Member and other activity rather than assuming that every registration has produced a commissionable transaction.
Commission Status helps describe the current state of commission-related order activity.
Use the recorded status together with the Program and Wallet data before concluding that an amount has been fully processed.
