74.1 Affiliate Management Overview

AIUNIFY CRM includes an Affiliate module for operating an affiliate marketing program. Its business work areas are separately permission-controlled, so the navigation available to one user can differ from another.

The operational areas include a Dashboard, Members, Affiliate Programs, Orders, Logs, Wallet, and Reports.

74.2 Opening the Affiliate Dashboard

When your account has Dashboard viewing access, open Affiliate and select Dashboard.

Use the Dashboard as the starting point for understanding current affiliate activity before opening detailed Member, Order, Program, Wallet, or reporting records.

74.3 Members

The Members workspace is available when your account has the corresponding Member permission.

Affiliate Members represent participants in the affiliate program. Review the correct Member before working with registrations, transactions, orders, or other affiliate activity.

74.4 Reviewing a Member

  1. Open Affiliate.
  2. Select Members.
  3. Locate the intended Member.
  4. Confirm identifying information.
  5. Review the Member's current program relationship and activity where presented.
  6. Open related operational records when further review is required.

74.5 Registration Review

The Affiliate module includes a registration-approval workflow for users with the applicable Member permission.

Before processing a registration, confirm that you are reviewing the intended applicant and that the record contains the information required by your business process.

74.6 Approving a Registration

When the Approval action is available:

  1. Open the applicable registration or Member record.
  2. Confirm the applicant identity.
  3. Review available registration information.
  4. Check for obvious duplicates.
  5. Apply the approval action only when the registration is ready.
  6. Verify the resulting Member state.

74.7 Member Activity Context

Member activity can later connect to Affiliate Programs, Orders, Logs, Wallet Transactions, and Withdrawal Requests.

Use those detailed records to understand financial or conversion activity rather than relying on a Member name alone.

74.8 Product Views and Registrations

The Affiliate module records activity concepts including Product Views and New Registrations.

These records can help explain how an affiliate is generating activity. Review them together with Orders, Logs, and program information when investigating performance.

74.9 Affiliate Dates

Affiliate workflows can use effective and expiration dates. When reviewing a Member's program activity, confirm that the relevant transaction or conversion occurred during the applicable period.

74.10 Avoiding Duplicate Member Decisions

Before acting on a new registration, search the existing Member list when possible. Duplicate records can make later order, commission, and wallet review more difficult.

74.11 Recommended Member Workflow

  1. Review the Affiliate Dashboard.
  2. Open Members.
  3. Locate the Member or registration.
  4. Verify identity.
  5. Review relevant program information.
  6. Process an available registration action when appropriate.
  7. Review related Orders or Logs when needed.
  8. Use Wallet information for financial activity.

74.12 Best Practices

  • Confirm Member identity before acting.
  • Check for duplicate registrations.
  • Use detailed activity records to verify performance.
  • Review relevant effective dates.
  • Keep financial review connected to the correct Member.
  • Use only the Affiliate operations available to your assigned permissions.
