AIUNIFY CRM provides permission-controlled reporting for reviewing operational and financial activity recorded throughout the CRM.
The Reports menu is displayed according to the reporting permissions assigned to the signed-in user.
Users with general Reports view permission can access the Reports areas available to that permission. Users with Timesheet reporting access can also receive the Timesheets Overview reporting option.
If a report is not visible, first consider whether your account has access to that report and to the underlying records.
The CRM navigation and reporting controller confirm reporting areas that include:
Sales and financial reporting can also present transaction and Payment information associated with CRM Sales activity.
Use Sales reporting to review financial activity generated by the CRM Sales workflows.
Sales reports should be interpreted together with the underlying Invoices, Payments, Credit Notes, Estimates, Proposals, and Customer records that produced the reported values.
Payment information recorded against Invoices contributes to the financial history available for reporting and transaction review.
When a reported Payment amount or period appears incorrect, open the underlying Payment and Invoice records before assuming the report calculation itself is wrong.
The Expenses report helps users analyze Expenses recorded in the CRM.
Review the report period carefully and compare unusual values with the underlying Expense records, Customer relationships, categories, and billable information available to your permissions.
The CRM includes an Expenses vs Income report.
Use it to compare recorded Expense activity with recorded income across the selected reporting period.
The report is only as reliable as the financial transactions entered into the CRM, so maintain accurate Invoice, Payment, Credit Note, and Expense records.
Lead reporting helps evaluate Lead activity recorded in the CRM.
Use Lead reports for trend and performance review, then open the Leads workspace when you need to inspect or correct individual Lead records.
Users with the Timesheets reporting permission can access Timesheets Overview.
Timesheet reporting summarizes time recorded through Tasks and Projects. Use it to review logged work, but correct inaccurate time on the applicable Timer or Timesheet record where permitted.
The Reports controller includes a Knowledge Base Articles report.
This report uses the Knowledge Base article groups and Knowledge Base information already stored in the CRM to help review article activity.
Use the report to understand Knowledge Base performance while using the Knowledge Base workspace itself to create or edit article content.
Report screens can provide date-period controls or other filters appropriate to the selected report.
Before interpreting results:
A report summarizes information already stored elsewhere in AIUNIFY CRM.
If a result needs correction, locate the underlying business record and correct the source data through its normal permitted workflow. Do not attempt to treat a report as an independent transaction record.
If a report does not match expectations:
