The AIUNIFY CRM Goals module tracks measurable business targets and calculates progress toward those targets.
Goals are permission-controlled. View, create, edit, and delete actions depend on the permissions assigned to the signed-in user.
The Goals table displays operational Goal information including:
Users with Goal creation permission can add a Goal.
The Subject should state what the Goal is intended to achieve.
Use a business description that will still make sense when the Goal appears later in reports or historical Goal lists.
The CRM provides existing Goal Types representing measurable CRM activity.
Examples confirmed in the Goal module include:
Select from the Goal Types available in your CRM rather than creating an unrelated target under an inaccurate Goal Type.
The Start Date and End Date define the period during which the Goal is measured.
Choose dates that correspond to the intended business period so the resulting achievement calculation is meaningful.
The Goals table can associate a Goal with a staff member.
When a Goal is assigned to an individual, confirm that the selected user is the person whose activity should be measured.
The Goals module calculates achievement and presents progress as a percentage.
Use the calculated result to review movement toward the target. The progress value is based on the applicable CRM data and Goal definition rather than a manually chosen display percentage.
During the Goal period:
Users with edit permission can update an existing Goal.
Change the Goal only when the business target itself legitimately changes or an error needs correction. Avoid repeatedly changing targets merely to make current performance appear closer to completion.
Goal deletion requires delete permission.
Before deletion, verify that the Goal is not needed for historical performance review. A completed or missed Goal can still provide useful business context.
