AIUNIFY CRM provides a Bulk PDF Exporter for users who have the required Bulk PDF permission.
The exporter allows multiple eligible CRM Sales records to be collected through one export workflow rather than downloading documents one record at a time.
The Bulk PDF Exporter appears only when the signed-in staff user has permission to view the feature.
Within the exporter, available transaction types also depend on your access to the underlying CRM records.
Bulk PDF shortcuts can also appear from transaction areas such as Invoices, Estimates, and Proposals when you have the applicable access.
The exact choices depend on permissions and the records available in your CRM. Supported bulk PDF workflows include Sales records such as:
Select the transaction type that matches the documents you need.
Do not combine different business purposes simply to create a larger file. Use separate exports when different transaction types or date ranges need separate handling.
The exporter can use the status filter associated with the selected export type.
Use Status when you need documents belonging only to a particular transaction state.
The Bulk PDF workflow supports Date From and Date To values.
Use these fields to limit the export to the intended business period. Verify both dates before starting a large export.
The exporter supports a Payment Mode input for export types where Payment Mode is relevant.
Select from the existing Payment Modes available in your CRM rather than treating the export workflow as a place to change financial configuration.
The Bulk PDF exporter also accepts a Tag filter.
Use Tags when your CRM records are already classified in a way that helps identify the records needed for the export.
Customer records can provide transaction-specific bulk export workflows for permitted records.
Confirmed Customer-oriented exports include:
These workflows can use transaction-specific Status, date, Payment Mode, and file-name information where applicable.
If no records match the export criteria, review your transaction type, date range, Status, Payment Mode, Tag, and record permissions.
Do not alter valid Sales records merely to force them into an export. Correct the export criteria instead.
