7.1 Personal To-Do Items

AIUNIFY CRM includes personal To-Do functionality directly within the staff Dashboard.

To-Do items are useful for short personal reminders and work checkpoints that do not require the full structure of a CRM Task.

7.2 To-Do Items Versus Tasks

Use a personal To-Do for a lightweight reminder to yourself.

Use the CRM Tasks system when work needs formal assignment, followers, related records, comments, attachments, time tracking, priority, or broader team visibility.

7.3 Unfinished and Finished To-Dos

The Dashboard maintains unfinished and finished To-Do items separately.

Completed items display their finished state and can include the date on which they were completed.

7.4 Completing a To-Do

Each To-Do item includes a checkbox control.

When the work represented by a To-Do has actually been completed, use the checkbox to move it into the finished state.

7.5 Editing a To-Do

The To-Do interface provides an Edit control.

Edit the item when the reminder needs clarification or correction rather than deleting it and creating an unnecessary duplicate.

7.6 Deleting a To-Do

The interface provides a Delete control for To-Do items.

Delete a To-Do only when the reminder is no longer useful. If the work itself has been completed, marking the item complete provides a more accurate record of your personal workflow.

7.7 Reordering To-Do Items

The To-Do interface includes draggable/sortable behavior. Use the drag control to organize your personal items into the sequence that best reflects your working priority.

7.8 Recent Finished Items

The Dashboard intentionally limits the initial finished-To-Do display to a recent set rather than loading an unlimited completed list into the Dashboard.

This keeps the working view focused on current activity.

7.9 Recommended To-Do Workflow

  1. Review unfinished To-Dos at the beginning of your work session.
  2. Add or update reminders for immediate personal follow-up.
  3. Reorder them when priorities change.
  4. Complete the actual work.
  5. Mark the corresponding To-Do finished.
  6. Delete only obsolete or unnecessary reminders.
  7. Use a formal CRM Task instead when the work needs assignment, collaboration, tracking, or a relationship to another CRM record.
