6.1 The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main operational starting point for the AIUNIFY CRM staff workspace.

It gathers several types of information into one screen so that users can identify work requiring attention without opening every CRM area separately.

6.2 Dashboard Information Depends on Access

Dashboard content is affected by user permissions, available CRM data, and enabled functions.

For example, a user without access to a particular sales or support function may not receive the same statistics or widgets as another user.

6.3 Quick Statistics

The CRM contains a Quick Statistics dashboard widget. Its displayed information is permission-sensitive.

Use Quick Statistics as an operational summary rather than as a replacement for the detailed records and reports behind those numbers.

6.4 Personal To-Do Information

The Dashboard loads the signed-in user's To-Do items.

It separates unfinished work from completed To-Do items and loads a limited recent set of finished items for convenient review.

Personal To-Do operations are covered in the next chapter.

6.5 Upcoming Events

The Dashboard can load upcoming events and events expected during the upcoming period.

Use these reminders alongside the full Calendar when you need to review broader scheduling information.

6.6 Expiring Contracts

The Dashboard can retrieve contracts that are approaching expiration for the signed-in staff user.

If contract information appears on your Dashboard, use it as an early reminder to open the underlying Contract record and review the next required action.

6.7 Support Information

The Dashboard can include support-ticket information summarized by status and department.

Users responsible for support can use these summaries to identify workloads requiring attention, then open the Support area for the underlying Ticket records.

6.8 Activity Information

The Dashboard can load activity information from the CRM. Activity summaries are useful for understanding recent work, but the related Customer, Lead, Task, Project, Sales, or Support record remains the primary place to review record-specific details.

6.9 Dashboard Widgets

Dashboard components are presented as widgets. Available widgets can differ according to your permissions and the organization's enabled CRM functions.

When a widget contains a link or actionable record, use it to move directly into the underlying operational area.

6.10 Using the Dashboard Effectively

  1. Open the Dashboard at the beginning of your work session.
  2. Review unfinished personal To-Do items.
  3. Review upcoming events.
  4. Check Quick Statistics available to your role.
  5. Review expiring-contract information if shown.
  6. Review support information if support is part of your responsibilities.
  7. Open the underlying CRM record before taking record-specific action.
  8. Return to the Dashboard periodically to identify newly surfaced work.

Operational principle: The Dashboard summarizes work. Make important updates in the underlying CRM records so that the full record history remains connected.
