AIUNIFY CRM is the centralized customer-relationship and business-operations workspace provided to your organization through its AIUNIFY CRM SaaS environment.
The system brings customer records, sales activity, projects, tasks, support, communication, scheduling, reporting, documents, and other enabled business functions into a connected CRM workspace.
This User Operations Manual is written for authorized users working inside their organization's AIUNIFY CRM environment.
Your actual access is determined by the permissions assigned to your account. Two users working for the same organization may therefore see different menu items or actions.
Important: If a function described in this manual does not appear in your workspace, your account may not have access to that function or the related feature may not be enabled for your organization.
Depending on your access, the CRM workspace can provide operational areas for:
AIUNIFY CRM uses permission checks throughout the staff workspace. Operations can be limited separately for actions such as viewing, viewing assigned or owned records, creating, editing, and deleting.
Do not assume that another user's screen will match yours exactly. The navigation and available actions are designed to reflect the access granted to the signed-in user.
Many CRM records are related. A Customer can have Contacts, Proposals, Estimates, Invoices, Contracts, Projects, Tasks, Tickets, files, and other associated information.
A Lead can progress into a Customer. Projects can contain Tasks and Timesheets. Sales records can be linked to Customers and Contacts. This connected structure is what allows AIUNIFY CRM to provide a consolidated view of business relationships.
When your organization uses AIUNIFY CRM as its working system, information should be entered into the appropriate CRM record rather than being maintained only in personal notes, disconnected spreadsheets, or private messages.
This improves continuity because authorized team members can work from the same customer, lead, project, task, sales, and support information.
This manual focuses on day-to-day business operations performed by authorized SaaS tenant users. Platform administration and system-wide configuration are outside the scope of this manual.
Before creating live business records, become familiar with the Dashboard, sidebar navigation, Quick Actions, your profile, and the permissions available to your account. Then begin with the operational area that matches your assigned responsibilities.
